Dedicated to complete builds, rebuilds and restoration threads from start to end.
Just bought a 1983 scrambler and doing some restoration to it I want to get 35's on it but need to add a lift kit I have been told that skyjacker has the best ride but also should look at old man emu Need some experienced scramblers with some advice on these lift kits with the softest ride.
These look to be factory photo's from before scrambler was released Check out the emblems and laredo hood lettering Hi all, i have everything hooked up and running great after a long, almost 5 year hiatus I need some advice on what to do with my fuel vent
My jeep is running the howell tbi an has zero emissions stuff hooked up to it
The valve cover has a plug in the rear and the front one has a vent. I purchased the last three sets of chrome rear bumper and end caps with brackets from jw They came in today and look really nice The brackets are very close to the oem brackets
Front of rear cross member only I currently have 3 scramblers and all 3 of them still have the brackets. Cj’s were designed to have great maneuverability Don’t compromise your rigs steering radius by converting to an axle that has to have its steering stops adjusted
There is a better way
Stock cj front = 170/185 (i know there are more rates then this) stock cj rear = 230/250 (i know there are more rates then this) rubicon express 4.5 front = 210 rubicon express 4.5 rear = 224 like i said, take it with a grain of salt I do know the bds yj 2 springs are 276, i spoke to tech support before buying them.
